The Resort
The Alders Beach Resort is primarily composed of individual 2- and
3-bedroom housekeeping cottage units. There is one duplex, containing
units Laurel and Holly, at the southern end of the resort, as well
as a triplex (formerly "The Lodge") comprised of the caretakers' residence (Sumac), Aspen
and Chestnut in the center of the site.
During the non-summer months, cottages are rented by the day, week and month.
Rates from $95 to $225 per night (reduced for multiple night stay).
Terms and conditions apply. The resort is located conveniently
close to Mt. Washington for Alpine Skiing and other Winter activities.
Spring brings nearby golf, fishing,
hiking and mountain biking. Contact us at
